WIA grants access to site content for personal and internal professional, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
2. Copyright and trademarks
Intellectual property rights in the content, its arrangement, and the software and tools accessed through the site belong to WIA or are licensed to WIA.
3. Sharing our videos
Where a video platform provides sharing or embedding tools, you may use them subject to the platform’s terms and the rights holder’s conditions. Linking or embedding does not transfer rights in the video.

5. Accuracy of information
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. WIA aims to keep information current and accurate but does not warrant its accuracy, reliability, completeness or continuous supply.

WIA aims for continuous availability but cannot guarantee the site will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted or timely. Users are responsible for appropriate precautions and virus checks.

WIA handles personal information in accordance with the WIA Privacy Policy. Do not submit claim, health or other sensitive personal information by email or through Academy resource searches available in the private preview.
9. Warranties and liability
WIA does not endorse or warrant products, services or information on the site. Use of site content is at the user’s risk, and WIA excludes liability for direct or indirect loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
WIA may terminate access to the site and its services for breach of these terms or on reasonable notice.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. Separate written terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
12. WIA Academy private-preview access and integrity
WIA Academy has not launched as a public learning service. Private-preview access is limited to people authorised by WIA, is personal to the signed-in participant and may be changed or withdrawn while testing continues. Do not share preview access or sign-in credentials, impersonate another participant, allow another person to complete learning or an assessment for you, submit work for someone else, or alter or misrepresent a preview certificate. A participant may share their own certificate or verification code only with an intended recipient who is also authorised to access the preview.
13. Academy educational scope and currency
The Academy private preview contains general professional-development material for testing and feedback, not legal, medical, regulatory or claims advice. Preview features, content, progress and certificates may change before launch, and WIA does not promise that preview access or records will remain available. Unless a course expressly states otherwise, Academy learning is not SIRA-accredited training, an AQF qualification, a licence, a regulator endorsement or an allocation of pre-approved CPD hours. Workers’ compensation law, guidance and thresholds change; check the named source notes and current official requirements before relying on a detail in practice. A certificate records completion of the named WIA Academy course and its assessment; it does not itself confer a qualification, licence or endorsement.
14. Academy course material
Intellectual property in Academy content, assessments, software and visual material belongs to WIA or its licensors. Learners may apply the practical learning in their work, but must not copy, distribute, republish or sell a course or assessment except as permitted by law or with written permission.
